What type of events does EEFM provide floral services for?
EEFM specialises and caters to weddings, corporate events, milestones, editorial/collaborations with brands & photoshoots. Our team is not only trained and experienced but also highly flexible and ready to assist with any type of event. We’re all ears for any ideas or concepts you have, even if they fall outside of the traditional categories. If you have a unique vision or special request, we’re here to bring it to life and ensure your event is one to remember!
Do EEFM Events have a minimum spend?
We do not have a minimum spend requirement. We believe in working with couples and clients at every budget level to create beautiful floral designs that fit their vision. That being said, our years of experience and expertise come with a value, and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, custom florals that are designed to make a lasting impact. We’re happy to work with you to create a floral package that fits your needs and or workshop ideas that will align with your budget.
Can you work based on my specific colour palette or floral preferences?
Absolutely! We will take detailed notes based on our ideas/vibe to ensure we’re bringing your vision to life. We encourage our couples to focus mainly on their colour palette and overall aesthetic, this aesthetic can even be descriptive words that detail the vibes eg: Harry Styles in a gin bar. This approach helps us curate a plan to perfectly reflect your style.
We work with local and seasonal florals, so while it can be difficult to source specific flowers outside of their peak season, implementing seasonal blooms ensures that you're getting the best quality flowers available. That said, if you have a favourite flower and it’s in season, we’ll absolutely make sure to include it in your designs. We're here to guide you through the process, helping and informing you with what will be best for your day whilst bringing your floral dreams to life.
How far in advance should I be booking EEFM as my wedding florist?
Our calendar can fill up quickly, so we encourage you not to hesitate in reaching out to us and placing a submission so we can understand your vision! The sweet spot for booking us is typically around 8-10 months before your wedding day. This gives us plenty of time to discuss your vision, secure the best flowers, and ensure everything is perfectly planned for your big day.
Do you charge for delivery and setup?
Yes, we do charge for delivery and setup. Once we have all the details about your event, including the items and services required, we’ll determine the applicable delivery and on-site service fees. These fees, along with administrative charges, will be included in your quote.
For weddings, we ensure that all wedding party floral items are carefully packaged with a water source for seamless delivery and safe transport. We will also provide care instructions with your florals upon delivery so you are looped in on how to care for them.
Additionally, we offer repurposing and moving services for your florals during the day, such as transitioning florals from the ceremony to the reception. This service does come with additional fees. Please note, for events booked 12 months or more in advance, prices are subject to change.
Do you offer in person or virtual consultations?
Yes, we’d love to meet with you! We believe that meeting in person is a great way to connect with our couples and clients, allowing us to better understand your vision and preferences. Our consultations are priced at $100 and this fee will be deducted from your final quote and invoice upon confirmation of your booking.
In-person consultations take place at Dayjob, our housemate’s café, where we’ll treat you to a coffee while we chat through your ideas. If an in-person meeting isn’t convenient, we also offer phone consultations as an alternative.
Do you offer any hire items?
Yes, we do! We offer a range of hire items to complement your floral designs and make your day even more special. From plinths and vases to arbors and other decorative pieces, we have plenty of options to suit your style and vision. We'll work with you to ensure we provide the perfect items that fit seamlessly with your overall wedding aesthetic.
Do you offer any other styling services?
For sure! We offer a variety of styling services to enhance your event, including the placement and setup of candles, draping of fabrics, and much more. Along with our flower services, we can work with you to create a fully cohesive look. If you have any unique ideas or specific requests, let us know so we can help make your event truly special and tailored to your vision!

What should I do with my flowers post event? Do you offer flower preservation services?
There are a few options you can explore after your event! During the bump-out process, we’ll collect all our hire items and any remaining floral materials. However, feel free to allow your guests to take home any florals they’d like, or donate them to a local hospital or nursing home to brighten someone’s day. If you’d like to preserve your flowers as a keepsake, we can provide you with some recommendations for trusted preservation services. Just let us know, and we’ll send over some suggestions!
Do you offer floral services for destination weddings/events?
We’d be happy to explore this with you! Send us the details of your destination wedding and we can go from there. While fulfilling destination weddings involves coordinating with local suppliers and travel logistics, we’re committed to making it happen. If we’re unable to travel to your location, we’d be more than happy to recommend trusted local vendors.
