Does East End Flower Market store my credit card information for subscription purchases?
No, EEFM does not keep your credit card details. Our subscription service uses a secure, third-party credit card vaulting service that is fully PCI compliant. Can I use discounts on Subscriptions?
No, at this time you can’t purchase our subscription products with a discount code. However, you do get 10% off our mixed bouquets, and 5% off our market bunch ongoing subscription orders automatically! 

Do prepaid subscriptions automatically renew?
No, our prepaid subscription products do not automatically renew. If you would like to to continue them past their initial 6 month deliveries, you will need to purchase again. 

Do ongoing subscriptions automatically renew?
Yes, if you purchase an ongoing subscription you will be charged automatically each month/fortnight. You will receive an email notification before each charge, and can cancel/pause before the charge date - there are no lock-in contracts or minimum number of deliveries. 

Do I pay for delivery each time?
Yes, for our ongoing subscriptions there is a delivery fee each order, however the cost of the arrangement is discounted. For pre-paid subscriptions, you will be charged delivery for the initial order, but the subsequent ones are on the house!Â
