Do I pay for delivery each time?

No! All subscription deliveries come with free delivery.

What kind of flowers will I receive?

Each delivery is made to order using fresh, seasonal blooms. You can select a colour tone (pastel, vibrant, neutral), and our florists create something unique each time.

Or, if you have selected a 'Market Bunch' subscription, you will receive a different single variety bouquet each month.

What size are the bouquets?

Our subscription bouquets are the same generous size as the ones you’d order online or in-store. They’re designed to fill a vase beautifully without needing extras. You can choose Bambini ($60), Midi ($90) or Grandi ($120) options in both prepaid and ongoing subscriptions.

Can I gift a subscription to someone else?

Yes! You can send subscriptions as gifts — either prepaid (a set number of deliveries) or ongoing. Just enter their delivery details at checkout.

Can I change my subscription delivery date, or pause/skip a delivery if I'm away?

Yes — life happens! You can pause your subscription or skip a scheduled delivery anytime through your account customer portal.

What happens if no one is home?

Our couriers will leave flowers safely in water at the delivery address. If the location isn’t suitable, we’ll contact you or the recipient for instructions.

Can I add extras to my subscription (like chocolates or plants)?

Yes! While the subscription covers your flowers, you can add extras to individual deliveries whenever you like through customer portal.

Can I use discount codes on subscriptions?

No, but loyalty points can be redeemed on subscription products.

Do prepaid subscriptions auto-renew?

No, they end after the selected amount of deliveries. If you wish to continue, you’ll need to repurchase.

Do ongoing subscriptions auto-renew?

Yes, you’ll be charged per cycle. Cancel or pause at anytime—no lock-in contracts.

Does EEFM store my credit card details?

No, we use a secure third-party payment system that’s PCI compliant.
