To redeem your points, log in to your account via the Rewards tab, and scroll down to the Rewards section. If you have enough points, you'll be able to click 'redeem' on the relevant reward which will open up a pop-up with a code. Copy that code and paste it into the discount section at checkout to apply!

Q: If I was a member of the old Loyalty program what ha happened to my points?
A: If you were a member of our Flower Funds program your points have been moved over to our new Flower Family program. You can log in via the Rewards tab, and may need to reset your password. We have also already given you the 200 points you would get for creating an account so you don't miss out!
