A: If you were a member of our Flower Funds program your points have been moved over to our new Flower Family program. You can log in via the Rewards tab, and may need to reset your password. We have also already given you the 200 points you would get for creating an account so you don't miss out!
A: No, EEFM points can only be used for a discount on our products in-store or online.

A: Your points have a 12-month expiry date. Don't worry, we will remind you when they are about to end! Plus, you can order on our website for up to two months in advance, allowing you to plan ahead.
