Flower Delivery

Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Adelaide?

Yes! Order before 12pm (ACST) for same-day delivery, 7 days a week.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary by suburb and are calculated at checkout.

Guide:

  • City & Inner Metro: $10
  • Mid Metro: $15
  • Outer Metro: $25

Where do you deliver flowers in Adelaide?

We deliver to the Adelaide CBD and metro suburbs. Check our delivery page to see if your postcode qualifies.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

We can't guarantee exact times, but business deliveries are made before 5pm, and school deliveries are made before 3pm.

If you need a more specific delivery window, please get in touch with our team via email to hello@eastendflowermarket.com.au or by calling (08) 8225 6477, and we will endeavour to accomodate your request as best as possible.

What if the recipient isn’t home?

Flowers may be left in a safe spot with water. You'll be notified via SMS/email. If it's unsafe to leave or we cannot gain access to the property to leave your flowers, we will get in touch with you and try and organise a solution. Please note, if we are unable to complete the delivery at that time, a redelivery fee may apply.

What if my flower delivery fails?

We'll contact the sender and/or recipient to resolve the issue. If undeliverable, orders can be collected or redelivered (fees apply).

What happens in hot or extreme weather?

We may delay delivery or avoid leaving flowers unattended. Second attempts are made if possible, at no extra cost.

Do you deliver to properties with dogs?

If an unsecured dog poses a risk, delivery may be postponed. We'll contact you to reschedule, and redelivery fees may apply.

Product Substitutions and Policies

Do you substitute flowers?

Yes—at EEFM we work in colourtone, which allows our florists creative freedom, and means we can provide the best seasonal flowers possible. All images are example only, however every effort will be made to create an arrangement of the shape, size and colour and using any flower varieties specified, according to the order description.

East End Flower Market reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and colours. You can view our full Substitution Policy here.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Can I change/cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled if the courier hasn’t left, so if you need to make and adjustments please call us on (08) 8225 6477 ASAP. Delivered orders cannot be cancelled.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

Your happiness means everything to us. If your experience hasn’t met expectations, we want to make it right. Please reach out via email at hello@eastendflowermarket.com.au or call us on (08) 8225 6477.

We’ll work with you to find the best solution—whether that’s replacing the flowers, sending a new gift, or exploring other options. Refunds are considered a last resort, as we’re committed to making sure you and your recipient feel cared for.

Can I include alcohol with my flower delivery?

Yes, but both purchaser and recipient must be over 18. Alcohol must be paired with another product of equal or greater value. Max 1.5L per delivery, and we cannot leave alcohol unattended - someone must accept the delivery.

Flower Subscriptions

Do I pay for delivery each time?

No! All subscription deliveries come with free delivery.

Can I use discount codes on subscriptions?

No, but loyalty points can be redeemed on subscription products.

Can I change my subscription delivery date?

Yes, manage your schedule anytime through your customer portal.

Do prepaid subscriptions auto-renew?

No, they end after the selected amount of deliveries. If you wish to continue, you’ll need to repurchase.

Do ongoing subscriptions auto-renew?

Yes, you’ll be charged per cycle. Cancel or pause at anytime—no lock-in contracts.

Does EEFM store my credit card details?

No, we use a secure third-party payment system that’s PCI compliant.

Weddings & Events

What events does East End Flower Market cater to?

We specialise in weddings, corporate events, milestone celebrations, brand shoots, and creative collaborations. Have a unique idea? We’re all ears. Contact our Events team to plan your dream florals.

Is there a minimum spend for EEFM Events?

No minimum spend! We work with all budgets to design beautiful, high-quality florals tailored to your vision.

Can you work with my colour palette or flower preferences?

Absolutely! We design around your colours and style using seasonal blooms. If your favourite flower is in season, we’ll include it.

When should I book EEFM for my wedding?

Ideally 8–10 months in advance. This gives us time to plan, secure the best flowers, and perfect your floral vision.

Do you charge for delivery and setup?

Yes. Delivery, setup, admin and on-the-day repurposing fees are quoted based on your event details. All items are delivered with care instructions.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes! We offer in-person chats at our 83 Halifax Street, or phone consults if preferred.

Can I hire items like arbours or vases?

Yes, we have a curated collection of plinths, arbours, vases and more. We’ll match them to your aesthetic for a seamless look.

Do you offer event styling services?

Yes! We can help with candle placement, fabric draping, and other styling touches to bring your full event vision to life.

Can you recommend other vendors?

Absolutely—we work with talented creatives and can share trusted vendors in photography, catering, and more. Just ask!

What happens to the flowers after the event?

Guests are welcome to take florals home, or you can donate them. We can also recommend trusted flower preservation services—just ask!

Do you offer floral services for destination weddings?

Yes, we’re open to travel! Send us your plans and we’ll see what’s possible. If we can’t travel, we’ll recommend local florists we trust.

Privacy & Terms

Is my personal info safe?

Yes. We follow strict data protection and privacy guidelines.

Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes, you can request to remain anonymous and we won’t include your name on the delivery. However, if the recipient contacts us and asks who sent the flowers, we are obliged to share the sender’s name.

What are the terms for East End Flower Market competitions?

To enter, you must have a delivery address within our delivery zones. If you're outside our zones, you may gift your prize to someone who is eligible. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
