Your order will be crafted in the same overall style and to the same value as the product chosen, but the specific flowers, foliage, and colours may vary depending on seasonal availability and freshness.

Florist substitutions may occur

Our florists may substitute flower varieties or colours as needed, while always maintaining the look, feel, and value of your selected product.

Customer requests

When placing your order online, you are welcome to use the “Order Notes” section to request specific varieties or colours. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your preferences, but we cannot guarantee exact availability or fulfil every request.

You are also welcome to call our friendly team and discuss any requirements you have over the phone so we can best help you.

No exact replicas

We cannot guarantee an exact match to website images, reference photos, or specific colour/variety requests.

In-store pickup for highly specific requests

If your order is very detailed or specific (for example, requiring exact flower types or colour shades), it must be picked up in-store. This ensures you are happy with the final design before taking it with you.

Delivered custom orders

If you choose to have a custom order delivered by our couriers, you agree that:

- Any concerns with the design must be resolved by you bringing the product back into our Halifax Street store.

- Our team will happily swap or rectify the order once it has been returned in its original condition.

- We cannot provide on-site adjustments or recollections for custom orders once they have left our store.

By ordering with us, you’re supporting our creative process and trusting our team to craft something beautiful, just for you.

We go to great lengths to ensure our customers receive the best quality products and value for their money. Although we conduct thorough quality checks, flowers are organic and seasonal, and on rare occasions a product may not meet expectations.

If this happens, we will do right by our customers and rectify any legitimate concerns regarding products that fall beneath our high standards. To help us resolve issues quickly and fairly, we require that a photo of the product be emailed to hello@eastendflowermarket.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. You can also call us on 08 8225 6477, but without a photo provided within 48 hours, we are unable to offer the full range of solutions available.

We take every concern seriously, passing feedback directly to our growers, suppliers, and florists so we can continually improve. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain the quality and care EEFM is known for.
