Our bouquets are made fresh to order with seasonal blooms. While the exact flowers may vary, your order will always reflect the colour palette, style, and overall feel shown. If a specific flower is unavailable, we’ll carefully substitute with something just as beautiful that is in keeping with the colourtone.

You’re welcome to leave flower preferences in the Florist Notes at checkout, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate them. However, during peak periods like Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, we can’t guarantee specific flower types due to limited seasonal availability and high demand. Rest assured, your order will always be made in the same style and colour palette as shown, using the freshest blooms available.

On average, our flowers last 3–5 days with proper care, though this can vary depending on the flower varieties used. All bouquets are delivered in water to keep them fresh for up to 24 hours until they’re placed in a vase.

Yes! We use recyclable paper wrapping and do our best to avoid cellophane. If no one is home, we leave your flowers safely in biodegradable water cups at the door to keep them fresh.
