Christmas Is Coming to Halifax Street! 🎄
This December, we're throwing open our doors (and closing the street!) for something really special. East End Flower Market is proud to be partnering with City of Adelaide to bring the Halifax Street Christmas Market to life — a full day of festive cheer, right on our doorstep.
Halifax Street has always felt like a little community of its own, and we can't wait to celebrate that with a street party the whole city is invited to.

📅 Date: Saturday 19 December
🕐 Time: A daytime street party — exact times to be confirmed, so stay tuned!
📍 Location: Halifax Street, Adelaide, closed off between Hallett Street and Catherine Helen Spence Street
Expect a street lined with stalls, the smell of good food in the air (with several of our favourite local restaurants getting involved), and that unmistakable Christmas buzz. It's shaping up to be the perfect way to kick off the festive season with family, friends and the local community.
Calling All Makers — Stallholder Applications Are Open!
Are you a maker, crafter or small business owner? We'd love to have you join us.
We're opening up applications for stallholders, with a special focus on supporting local makers. Whether it's handmade gifts, art, jewellery, food or festive treasures, Halifax Street is the perfect place to share what you create with the Adelaide community.
How it works:
- Submit your application to secure your spot
- A $50 site fee applies once your application is successful
- Optional extras available to hire, including marquees and trestle tables, for an additional fee
Spots are limited, so if you've got something wonderful to sell, we'd love to hear from you.
Applications are open until September 30th, and we will be in touch regarding the outcome of your application early October.
Market Application
The Halifax Street community is such a special one, and this market is our way of giving back and bringing everyone together. From the local makers to the restaurants getting involved to the neighbours who'll wander down for a stroll — this is a celebration for all of us.
We can't wait to fill the street with flowers, festive spirit and a whole lot of Christmas cheer. See you there!
