Important Things to Know (Please Read Carefully)

  • This is not a bespoke design service. Your florals will be created using seasonal, florist-choice flowers in your chosen colourtone.
  • If you have an inspiration image or would like to request specific flower varieties, you’re welcome to email us — we’ll always do our best to accommodate, however specific blooms cannot be guaranteed.
  • Specialty flowers (such as orchids) may incur additional charges if requested.
  • Minimum 2 days’ notice is required. This product is not available for same-day delivery.
  • Discount codes cannot be used on wedding and à la carte items.

What is your à la carte wedding flower range?

Our à la carte range is designed for couples who want beautiful, thoughtfully designed wedding florals without the need for extensive planning or decision-making. You simply choose the products that suits your day, and we take care of the rest.

How is this different from a bespoke floral service?

À la carte florals are designer-led and florist choice. There is minimal involvement from you when it comes to specific flower choices or design details. If you’re after full creative collaboration, custom installations or very specific requests, our bespoke service may be a better fit.

Can we choose specific flowers or colours?

This range does not include custom flower or colour selection. Each product in the range is designed around seasonal blooms and our signature EEFM style. While the exact flowers will vary, the overall look, quality and feel of the arrangements will always align with the colourtone you’ve selected.

Will our flowers still feel special?

Absolutely! Even though the process is streamlined, every arrangement is created fresh for your wedding day or event using premium seasonal blooms. No two arrangements are ever exactly the same!

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure availability, especially during peak wedding season. As an absolutely minimum, we require a least 2 days' notice for products from this collection, however the more notice the better to allow us to source beautiful blooms for you.

There are some dates during the year where these products are unavailable, either during peak periods like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, or when we have lots of other events booked in.

Do we need a consultation?

No consultation is required for à la carte bookings. The process is intentionally simple — select your products, secure your date, and leave the design with us!

Can we make changes after ordering?

Because these products are pre-designed, changes to inclusions, style or colour are not
available. If you feel you may want flexibility, we recommend enquiring about our bespoke
offering instead.

What flowers will be used?

We work exclusively with seasonal blooms chosen by our florists based on availability at the time of your wedding or event. This ensures the best quality, longevity and overall finish.

Can we add extra items to our à la carte Signature Set?

Yes! All à la carte products can be added to your order via our website. Every product included in the range is also available to purchase individually — such as additional bouquets, buttonholes, table centres or feature arrangements.

Please note, due to the number of products included in The Signature Set, there is a higher delivery fee.
